GENTLE YOGA
Breathing, stretching, relaxing. Great for beginners or those with physical limitations
YOGA BASICS
Hatha/Vinyasa blend for all levels. Modifications for poses are offered along the way
HOT YOGA
60 minute Yoga Basics Vinyasa style class in 90+degree temperature;
Please bring your own mat & towel.
POWER YOGA
Vinyasa style class for a strong continual flow in a heated room.
Prior Yoga Basics class recommended.
FIVE DOLLAR FRIDAY NIGHT (October through June)
Love Yoga’s Happy Hour. Yoga Basics style class. Drop ins welcome! Cash only.
