Who we are

Suzanne Davis. I believe that with yoga, everyone has the ability to transform. Whether it be physical or emotional, the awareness is what brings about strength, in both body and mind. My classes present a challenging yet modest approach to the practice, encouraging each and every person to allow their strength and flexibility to build naturally. I have studied yoga, meditation and relaxation techniques extensively for the past ten years. I have earned my 200 hour certification and am currently finishing my 500 hour certification through Mark Stephens Yoga of Santa Cruz, CA. I am currently registered through Yoga Alliance as a Registered Yoga Teacher. I continue to seek out every opportunity to grow and learn and have been highly influenced by workshops with Seane Corn, Bryan Kest, Yoga Fit, and on going trainings with Paul Terrell of Yoga on Yamhill, Portland, OR, and Mark Stephens of Santa Cruz Yoga.

Laura Campbell
After 5 years as a Canadian elementary school teacher in Fort St. John, British Columbia, I found my way to the beautiful Willamette Valley. I previously taught yoga to my elementary students as a way to help them focus and bring a new approach to their physical activity time. A yoga practice is a great way to supplement any other physical activity. My classes are designed to do just that. They truly compliment other activities to create a balanced workout for the body and mind. I am a Registered Yoga Teacher certified through Yoga Alliance. My continuing education includes workshops with Seane Corn, Bryan Kest and Kathryn Budig as well as ongoing yoga anatomy training.
When I’m not on the mat, I can be found camping in the beautiful northwest, at bootcamp in the local gym, discovering hidden gems at the library, growing masses of vegetables in my backyard garden or visiting my favorite coffee shop.
